I love the new text reminders! Dropped my car off the night before and put the key in the Dropbox. I got a text that they had started and and a text when they were done, and then The diagnostic report with pictures. So helpful! I recommend Dickerson to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price!

I was very impressed with Dickerson. They did some work for me on an older car, with 200,000 + miles and you could tell that they wanted to offer me the best options based on the life of my vehicle. They had upfront, reasonable pricing, were extremely easy to work with and have even followed up with me proactively after the repairs were completed. I ask them to fix what was wrong with the car. And told them some things I knew it needed. It took a couple of days. But they did what i asked. Its running now.
