I got tboned by a guy running a red light. My new car was eating coolant. Craig quoted me $150 - $250 for a diag and i was hoping the warranty would cover the cost of the repair as i am broke. Craig gave me a loaner car while they checked it out and did the diagnosis for free. The warranty did not cover the repair but now i know where my coolant is going and can do it myself. These guys can be really expensive but they take care of you. Go to Dickersons, you wont regret it.

After taking my Toyota Tacoma to the Toyota Dealership I found out I needed a Rack and Pinion replaced because of a leak. Toyota told me it would be around $4000 dollars to get it fixed because of parts and 1&1/2 days of labor. I decided to get a second opinion based on reviews I had seen of Dickerson. I’m glad I did. Dickerson diagnosed the leak and confirmed it, and didn’t charge me for the diag. They quoted me just over $2k for the service and worked with my warranty company (Portfolio) to get most of that covered. Before I took my truck in I asked them if I’ll need to get a rental because Toyota told me expect it to stay over night, but they said they could get it done that day. So I took it in at 9am and they texted me at 2pm saying it’s ready to go! I worked with Craig and Zach and they were very polite and answered all my questions on the phone and over email. I am particular and wanted Toyota OEM parts, and they did use an OEM Rack and Pinion on my truck. I would recommend them for sure! If you have a Toyota and/or have a third-party warranty give them a shot!

Very positive experience fixing an oil leak on my older Chevy Tahoe. Job was done right and Service Manager Craig is great to work with. Explained the problem and solution. Followed up when he said he would. Glad we have a good automotive place like Dickerson in Spanish Fork.
