Great team and great service. Quick too. Dropped off my car in the morning with a window that wouldn't work and had it back by the end of the day. Communication was great. They showed me everything that they were doing and pictures of why it needed done. They were honest and fair with me. Will definitely be bringing my car here again.

I came to the car repair shop for the first time. Andy Walburger took my car in for a mechanic. I didn't even have time to look at the room where people are waiting for their cars and he was already calling me and selling me the keys and documents from my parked Ford. I came here on the recommendation of a colleague from work and I did well. The workers, both Andy and the mechanic, worked very quickly and I left with a very good feeling, as if I was leaving friends to whom I will definitely return if necessary. I've been to a number of auto shops since I've lived in Utah County and after my first experience here I won't go anywhere else. My first impression and experience was unparalleled. The customer service was outstanding and I believe it they performed quality work. They have a great online scheduling tool- it was easy to use and they had availability for the next day, which was great as I needed my truck road worthy asap. They sent regular text message updates throughout the day and before doing any work (which I've had other shops start doing without approval) send a two page, detailed and itemized list of proposed repairs and the results of their overall inspection of my truck. Once I called in my tech- Jordan- explained things I didn't understand in a way that didn't make me feel like a complete moron (lots of other shops seem to take that approach) and for the things I did understand he would converse with me about it and again, wasn't condescending. When I didn't want a few more minor services done, I didn't think Jordan was pressuring me or judging me for saying I'd handle some things myself- like replacing a turn signal bulb. They gave me a first time customer discount, and Jordan gave me his business card with a hand written discount for whatever my next service would be. These guys know customer service. Makes sense they have a 4.8 rating across 400 reviews.
