My AC was not working so I dropped off my car after hours since they have a secure drop box for keys. They kept me informed via text and email during the repair process. They also did an inspection on the car and sent an email with photos of things they discover, just so you can be informed about the overall condition of the car. I always go back to Dickersons for my auto repairs.
