Our experience is that Craig uses common sense to address problems. If a component is likely to fail in the near future, he texts to alert me and asks if I wanted it replaced. They are very efficient, texting me with progress made of the repair. I have had work done on our vehicles at several locations trying to find a good repair shop but hadn't had the success I was hoping for until I tried Dickerson Automotive. I have more confidence in their work than any of the others I've tried. Dickerson Automotive is now my auto shop.

Not pushy at all and simply tells you honestly what is needed and even provides a prioritized list of things to do.

Fast and efficient. They even gave me a ride back to my place because they were going to have my car for a while. The service was really good. I had a front end alignment done and an oil change. Great job!

Man, you guys are awesome! It's easy to tell that you guys are genuinely good people. I’ve used Dickerson Automotive a few times now. They take the time to make sure they understand the problem and then take the time to explain what they’ve found. I brought in my truck for a diagnostic, and they sent me an email with an entire work up of my truck—very thorough!

They got my truck in earlier than was expected and completed the service in a very timely manner.
