We have been completely satisfied with our service. They have always been fair with us, treated us with respect which in a period of time when you are getting ripped off by everyone that is a great thing. Prices seem high, however you will see that in every repair shop.

They have great customer service and their communication is clear -- I really appreciate that!

I've been going to Dickerson Automotive for 15 years. We don't buy new cars so we need a reliable mechanic. While they are probably not the cheapest shop in town, I'm always 100% satisfied with their work. If I've ever had a problem with something they've fixed they take care of it no questions asked and are accommodating to drop me off at my work while the car is being fixed. There have been times when it seems like a quote is high on a fix and a couple times I've taken my car elsewhere to be fixed but on more than one occasion I've had to take it back to Dickerson after the other shop as messed it up. There have been a couple of times when Craig or Todd could have charged me for something closely related to something they had fixed but was not the original problem but they did not charge me or only charged me for the cost of the part but not the labor. More than fair! I find them to be honest and up to date in their tooling and capabilities for new cars and have projects completed on time and their cost estimates to be be completely accurate. Dickerson's has taken care of my vehicle needs several times. They are honest and do good work. I live in California now but when I am back in Spanish Fork I like to take my car in and get it looked at!

We were traveling from Pocatello, ID to Las Vegas when the light on the dashboard came on indicating a low tire. We pulled into Dickerson Automotive in Spanish Fork, Utah. Shaun, the manager, came out to help. He discovered that wires were sticking out of the tire. The other three tires were also in bad shape. After checking upstairs, he only had one set of tires available and it was a very expensive set that was more than we wanted to pay. He then gave me the names of two other local shops that might have more choices. He then put our spare on to replace the real bad tire (we didn't think it would make it another two miles). He would not take any pay for this service. He then gave us directions to the other two businesses. We were able to find a set of tires that was more in our price range. Many stations would have taken advantage of us in this situation. Thanks to Shaun at Dickerson Automotive, we were able to get back on the road with much less stress and good feelings about what could have been a very negative situation. We highly recommend Dickerson Automotive and would not hesitate to stop there again in the future.

High drive from St George 2 Dickerson's in Spanish Fork Utah because I know when they're done the problem will be corrected and repaired correctly. This is approximately a 400 mile round trip for me. I am always provided transportation to see family or take care of business and I do appreciate it.
