I have been taking my cars to Dickerson Automotive for about 1 year now. They are AMAZING!! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They are very fast, and I love that I get a call before they do any work on my car. They let me know what they have found, the cost to perform the repair, and then let me decide how to move forward. I have no doubt that everyone there is completely honest. Go here for all of your auto needs!!

Amazing customer service. They really have our best interests in mind. They have such high integrity and honesty. I live 20 minutes away and I'm willing to drive down to them to give them all my business because of the trust I have in them and their high competency and care. They also are so willing to educate me on what's happening to my car. They only recommend services that are actually needed on the car. I would recommend them any day any time. They are the best!

Great reliable and trustworthy

This is the only place we take out cars for the last 14 years. Their honesty is unsurpassed. I had taken my car somewhere else and was charged $600 for something that only cost $40. Dickerson's are timely in their repairs and even have a lounge to wait in. They let you know what is going to be fixed and how much it will cost. I know very little about car repair but they always explain what they are doing so I can understand. Their customer service is amazing.

Had our air conditioning system fixed and got the rear air to operate again. Work was timely and warranty offered by Dickerson on all their repairs makes it great.

I was referred to Dickerson Automotive by Robarge Collision when my daughter was in an accident. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that they performed and the way we were treated!! There are a lot of mechanics that try and take you for your money, but they were very honest and explained everything to us in the “non- technical” way that we could understand. Since then, we have been back to them several times and now Dickerson Automotive is the only place that we will have our three cars serviced!!
