Spanish Fork Auto Repair

Always happy with the service and so grateful to have a place I know I can trust.

My wife and I were driving last friday for a long weekend. As we were about 20 miles outside of Spanish Fork on the way up Soldier Summit, a loud noise started from under our car. It clearly sounded like some kind of muffler problem and it kept getting worse. We turned around and headed back towards Spanish Fork. We found Dickerson online and decided to go there. The person behind the counter could not have been nicer. Usually when I go into a mechanic, I get an attitude, they talk down to me. Not here. They were busy and said they could at least get the car on the lift right away to see what was wrong. Turned out to be loose bolts on the exhaust and they tightened them up, we were on our way. No attitude, great service and were willing to help at a moments notice for two travelers that clearly weren't from that area. I live in another town about an hour away in Utah but would be willing to take my car back to this garage anytime.

In the past 13 years I've had the opportunity to do business with Dickerson several hundred times. Todd, Craig and the crew have always been a great repair facility with the knowledge and honesty you expect from a great shop! I recommend Dickerson Automotive. Keep up the great work!

Great service! This is by far the best auto shop ever! Service is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, above all, rates are fair and honest. As an added bonus they wash and vaccuum the car when they are finished! I drive from Salt Lake to use this shop - well worth the drive.

I will never take a vehicle anywhere but Dickerson Automotive. They are honest and the work they do is the best! Plus, Craig washed and vacuumed my car. :D

I have loved going to Dickerson Automotive. They have taken great care of myself, my family and friends. There is no one else I would recommend for working on your car or truck. When my wife's van broke down a she limped it into their parking lot just to have a hose blow on the radiator. They all raced out of the shop to get my 4 girls out of the van and to help anyway they could. She was was calmed by their friendly smiles and they way they went beyond what a repair shop would normally have done. So I say thank you to Todd and all of the other guys. A loyal customer for life.
