Warranty
At Dickerson Automotive our goal is to provide a very high level of customer service with fast turn around times. We pride ourselves on getting to know you and your vehicle, in fact we make our recommendations to you for your car based on what you expect from it and how long you plan to keep it.
It is also very important to us to provide a safe comfortable environment for our employees. One that encourages them to constantly train and adapt to the ever changing car industry, challenging them both mentally and physically. We are a strong proponent of voluntary certification for the areas of service that we offer. At the time of writing this article we employ 4 ASE Certified Master Technicians. Warranty
The 36 month/36,000-mile (whichever comes first) limited warranty covers repairs performed at our facility, including labor and parts, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period.
Limitations
Dickerson Automotive reserves the right to have vehicle brought back to our facility, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period. Used parts are sold as is, and have no warranty unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
A/C services and catalytic converters are excluded from this warranty. A separate warranty statement will be provided for these items at time of sale.
Air Conditioning
The 12 month/12,000-mile (whichever comes first) limited warranty covers repairs performed at our facility, including labor and parts, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period.
Catalytic Converters
Catalytic Converters are warranted to pass EPA emission requirements for 25,000 miles. Catalytic Converter Parts and Labor is guaranteed for 2 years or 25,000 miles, (whichever occurs first).
