⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Megan and her family have been going to Dickerson Automotive for years, and there’s a reason they keep coming back. They’ve consistently been fair and honest with their pricing, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. I had my own experience with them on August 10, 2026, and I came away impressed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with us instead of just trying to sell us something, and made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward. I grew up around mechanics, including my father. He decided he didn’t want me following him into the profession, so here I am doing something completely different! 😂 But growing up around that world taught me enough to recognize when a shop knows what they’re doing and treats people right. Dickerson Automotive is exactly the kind of local shop you want: knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and focused on keeping your vehicle running without making you feel like you just walked into a dealership service department with an open wallet. I honestly can’t think of a better place to have your vehicle checked out, maintained, or repaired. Highly recommended!

After I hit a curb and punctured both of my passenger side tires, I had new tires installed outside of the shop since my car wasn’t drivable. The next morning, I noticed my car was making a rubbing noise that sounded like I was driving over rumble strips. I also needed an oil change, so I brought my car to Dickerson Automotive to have everything checked out. I worked with Zack. He was incredibly kind, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He made sure to call me before running any additional diagnostic tests that would have cost extra, so there were no surprise charges. They were able to identify the main issue causing the noise, along with a few other maintenance items I already knew about. They also explained what was most important to fix first and what could wait, which I really appreciated because it helped me prioritize everything without feeling pressured. The customer service was excellent, and I left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping me rather than just selling me unnecessary repairs. Dickerson Automotive has definitely earned my trust, and it’s where I’ll be going for my oil changes and future maintenance from now on. I highly recommend them!

Great communication, excellent service. Had taken my car to my regular mechanic with an AC problem. Was told it needed a new compressor for $1500+. Brought it to Dickerson and they troubleshot it, did a full car analysis, and put a refrigerant charge in it for $180. I think I've found my new mechanic shop!

went in for a oil change they found my front axle need to be replaced then they told me it was under warranty that I didn't know about so they replaced it for free plus I had them do my rear breaks when I showed up they asked me to come see something on my rear axle so when I went to inspect it with them they found that my rear axle was slightly bent and I needed a new one yes it was a big bill to pay but they had it fixed and back to me in a day which I'm grateful for as I was heading out of town the day after they fixed it just nice to know they check everything and explain everything to you and figure out how to best help you get your vehicle fixed and that's why I've been going there for over 20 years now cause I trust them to treat me right

I love them! Honest mechanics are hard to come by, am I right? 10/10 recommend. Let me tell you why; An oil change from them is a thorough check of your vehicle. They changed the oil, rotated my tires and did an inspection of the car! It gives me peace of mind knowing they checked things out while I keep driving!! Scheduling/communication is so user friendly! You can pick your day and details online, then add notes and questions you have for them. They have an after hours drop box, so Sunday night I dropped it off for a Monday appt. So helpful with my work schedule. They offered to text updates, which I was thrilled for, so I opted in! Then throughout the morning I received updates about what was happening like when they had emailed me a detailed report of my car. This inspection is included in the oil change!! Amazing!! They take pictures to show the belts and filters, etc. They list the frequency these items should be replaced. They share the cost if you do want to take care of it. So this time I replaced two air filters. They let me know that I’ll need to change my timing belt soon because of the mileage, and listed the cost. But aren’t pressuring me to do it. They use a green, yellow, red urgency system to indicate how soon it needs to be handled. I had some yellow issues, no red. As a single mom who doesn’t know much about cars, this system is beyond helpful for me. So by noon my car was ready for pick up! Pricing is fair! I don’t wanna waste money and I also feel that with all they include, it’s worth every penny. They’re so friendly! They even offer a shuttle if you need one. The waiting room is comfortable with free beverages and wifi. It’s close off the free way. Again, you will be converted after one experience, so give Dickerson Automotive a try!
