Great service. They are honest, knowledgeable, timely efficient. I appreciate the photos they share of the repairs needed and why. I know it’s hard sometimes too take vehicles in to be repaired. But always thinking that they may jack the price up or try to sell you something you really don’t need Dickersons have never done this. Dickerson‘s automotive have always treated me fair and giving me the best service for the best price. I recommend them highly. thank you

Our experience is that Craig uses common sense to address problems. If a component is likely to fail in the near future, he texts to alert me and asks if I wanted it replaced. They are very efficient, texting me with progress made of the repair. I have had work done on our vehicles at several locations trying to find a good repair shop but hadn't had the success I was hoping for until I tried Dickerson Automotive. I have more confidence in their work than any of the others I've tried. Dickerson Automotive is now my auto shop.
