Ummm can I just say that this place is FREAKING AMAZING. Any mechanic could have raked me through the coals when my car was completely dead, and had to be towed to a mechanic. Most places would have nickel and dimed me. When Dickerson called the next day and told me my vehicle was fixed and it took them a bit to figure out what was wrong, but once they did it was an "easy fix", I was relieved. But I was still so nervous because an "easy fix" doesn't mean cheap. When I asked what the damage was and was told $200... I about fell off my chair. That's it??!! $200??? Most places charge that just to diagnose and add on their "time" which is a minimum $200. I'm so incredibly grateful. 100% my mechanic for life and will be spreading the word to every person I know!
